Steven Lovett
Founder & CEO
Steven is the former Chief Information Officer of Burr Wolff. Prior to that, he served for over eight years in a Senior Director capacity at Dynegy and Enron responsible for Security and Infrastructure. He served with distinction as a technology consultant for over eleven years before founding Fulcrum Technology Solutions in November 2011.
After leaving Fulcrum, Mr. Lovett founded Egis Cyber Solutions. Mr. Lovett is an alum of the University of Houston where he studied Management Information Systems.
Billy Whitaker
Director of Administration
Billy has spent 17 years in leadership roles in both the legal and information technology fields here in Houston. After being brought on by Steven Lovett as Manager of Administrative Services at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, Billy’s attention to detail and overall pride he takes in his responsibilities made him a natural recruit for the team at Egis. He specializes in administration, talent management, staffing, employee benefits, learning, and development.
Billy attended the University of Houston where he studied Business Administration with a focus in Management. Billy also commits his time as a volunteer and Board Member to several local non-profits and is an enthusiastic supporter of the arts throughout the city.
